"In brief: Excellent experience, highly recommend. In full: After approaching several local companies about security systems, I was fairly frustrated. Most did not bother to return my emails or phone calls. The ones that did only offered wireless systems and off site storage. We wanted more reliability than WiFi and the privacy of secure onsite storage. Skylark was very responsive to my phone calls and subsequent emails. They were able to quickly design a solution that fit my needs. They offer a number of solutions including solutions that use a Canadian-ish companies cameras(the company is the canadian arm of a chinese company) and on site recorders. Their installation tech was fantastic. He listened to my needs, took the original plan into consideration, and actually improved upon the original plan. The end implementation surpassed my expectations for area coverage. They had to run a lot of cable, but they did so very cleanly and without damaging anything. The whole installation was very clean and professional. The pricing was not cheap, close to double the competitors, however the quality of the solution and reliability of a PoE camera network VS WiFi was well worth it."
